Learning Outcomes

The course aims to familiarize students with issues related to the cities and settlements development. The complexity of the problems that emerge in cities impose rational, systematic and consistent - through time management procedures.

Students need to investigate the relationship between urban planning and cities development, which is not in all cases obvious, one-dimensional and static. The contemporary urban planning approaches recognize its multidimensional, strongly dynamic character that evolves through constant negotiation, depending on the social, economic and political conditions.
