(3) Syllabus

From a Geography of Labor to a Labor Geography

Capital and labor in contemporary societies

The importance of place, space and scale for labor and laborers

Flexible work within and across space

Case studies of laborers shaping geographical landscapes according to their interests

 
 

Discussion of how, when and where laborers’ agency can produce new economic geographies that act in favor of workers’ interests.
